For this project, we were assigned the objective of creating an accordion-folding brochure adhering to a designated layout of cuts and folds. My chosen theme focused on promoting a fictional initiative by a local transit company (The Rapid) to implement a light rail system in Grand Rapids. The brochure comprehensively outlines the concept of Light Rail Transit (LRT), enumerates its benefits, and provides a conceptual preview of what such a system could entail for Grand Rapids.
Assets were sourced from freely available stock photos on unsplash.com and The Rapid's official branding. The front page involved utilizing Adobe Photoshop to manipulate an image of a light rail car, incorporating The Rapid's branding onto it. Additionally, Adobe Illustrator was employed to create the train car extending across the spread. The subsequent layout of the brochure's content was accomplished using Adobe InDesign. The presentation mockups featured both above and below, were generated through the utilization of the open-source 3D software Blender.
